The Current Assessment tab gives you a friendly snapshot of how your organization did in the latest Assessment. It features the Overall Team Score, which sums up your organization's Health, Alignment, and Effectiveness. These scores are based on factors like Vision, Culture, and how consistently employees respond. You'll also find the Current Status of the assessment, along with the Performance Score and Participation Rate, which show how well and quickly your team completed the assessment.

Manage Tab:

The Manage tab provides an overview of your assessment’s progress. It shows the Assessment Journey and Performance Score, which track how well your team is moving through and completing the assessment. You’ll also find the Participation Rate showing how many employees have finished on time. The Employees section lists who’s assigned to the assessment, letting you update or correct the list if needed.

The Overview tab gives a summary of your organization’s performance for the current assessment. It includes the Overall Team Score, which reflects the organization’s health, alignment, and effectiveness. You’ll also find insights into Health and Effectiveness, showing key areas where improvements can be made. This tab provides a general view of how well your organization is doing and where you can focus your efforts for better results.

Insights tab

Based on the score you receive, you’ll be assigned a level, and Oraqor will explain what it means. It will identify the main problem, how it looks and feels, and provide an explanation of the root cause.

Deep Dive (Pillar/Questions)

In the Deep Dive tab for pillar questions, you'll find a detailed breakdown of your company's scores for Vision, Journey, Culture, and Results, showing where your team is more focused. Each question will display its individual score, and you’ll also get the overall score for each group. If you hover over the breakdown line, you’ll see even more details.

Deep Dive (Comparison)

In the Deep Dive Comparison section, you’ll have the opportunity to view a comparison chart across all your organizational levels. This allows you to see if your company is aligned and identify areas that need more attention. The results will be represented in different colors:

If you hover over each box, you'll get a visual of the question it refers to.

Deep Dive (Individual Results)

In this section, you can view the percentage breakdown of each employee's responses. Don’t forget to click on each one for more detailed insights!
