After going through what’s in the Employee Pulse tab, I’d like to show you what you’ll find in the Deep Dive tab, which I know will be very useful for you! Let’s go!
In the Deep Dive tab, you’ll be able to see the entire database of your employees and get an overview of their responses in the Pulse. For example, in the pillar/Questions tab you can see what went well, what didn’t go well, what we should improve, and in the Individual Results tab you can see happiness, impact, engagement, and their overall score.
You can hide and display columns of employee information using the three lines you see on the right. Here, you can select all the data you want to view in the table, as well as hide any that you don't.
Now, let’s take a closer look. If you click on the employee you want, we can dive deeper into their results to analyze them in more detail.
We have 3-tab options, and we’ll start with 'Focus & Impact.' Here, we can see what went well, what didn’t go well, and what can be improved during that person's week, along with a 5-week recap for comparison. These results are categorized based on whether the person indicated it was a great week for Vision, Journey, Culture, or Results.
We also have some charts that show the impact score by week of these results on the person. For example, if the 'What went well' section has a high impact, that’s great news! But if the 'What did not go well' section also has a high impact, we’ll need to look into what’s happening to solve any issues before they snowball into a bigger problem
Let's move on to the Happiness & Engagement tab. In this section, you’ll be able to see how happy the person is with their job, comparisons with the team, the person’s engagement level, whether they are distancing themselves or, on the contrary, advocating, and finally, the overall impact of their week.
And finally, the Coaching tab, which, as the name suggests, acts as a coach or guide by interpreting the weekly pulse results. It will also provide suggested actions to take in order to achieve better outcomes.
