Hey there! Welcome to the Trends tab, your essential tool for gaining insights into your team's well-being. This section measures the Happiness, Impact, and Engagement of your entire team, helping you analyze how each area is performing over time. You’ll get to see how your organization is oriented in terms of Vision, Journey, Culture, and Results. If any of these lines indicate that you need to change direction, this is the place to spot it! You can hover over each week to see the exact numbers or hover over a label to focus on the specific line you need. Let’s dive into each of the five charts!

1. High-Level Overview

This overview acts like a thermometer measuring how happy, impactful, and engaged your team is. Observing how these lines move over time can be quite revealing! This high-level view allows you to quickly identify areas where you’re shining and those that might need a little extra attention.

2. Brightspot: What Went Well

Now for the positive vibes! The Brightspot chart shows what your employees think is going well. We use four colors to represent key areas:

  • Vision (Blue Line)

  • Journey (Purple Line)

  • Culture (Green Line)

  • Results (Red Line)

Take a look at which line consistently trends higher than the others. This helps you discover where your organization is excelling each week. Celebrating these successes not only reinforces good practices but also motivates the entire team to keep pushing forward.

3. Nudge: What Did Not Go Well

Let’s talk about the challenges. The Nudge chart highlights what your employees feel isn’t going so well. And guess what? It also uses the same colors to keep things easy to follow:

  • Vision (Blue Line)

  • Journey (Purple Line)

  • Culture (Green Line)

  • Results (Red Line)

Notice which of these lines tends to be higher? This will help you pinpoint areas where your team might need a little more support. If you see spikes in certain lines, reflect on what might have happened that week. This way, you can address issues before they become big challenges!

4. Blindspot: What Can Improve

Here’s where things get interesting! The Blindspot chart helps you focus on what can be improved. It invites you to ask important questions: Are we thinking in the right direction to solve these problems? For example, if the Results line is low in the Nudge chart, it might be time to focus on improving the Journey to achieve better outcomes. This chart is your guide to ensure your team is heading where they truly need to go.

5. Overall Engagement

Finally, the Overall Engagement chart gives you a summary of your team's health. It shows the participation rate over seven weeks and provides a single score reflecting the Health, Alignment, and Effectiveness of your organization. This is key for monitoring long-term engagement trends! By regularly reviewing this chart, you’ll have a clear picture of how your team feels and what adjustments might be necessary.

And there you have it! By leveraging the insights from the Trends tab, you can help your team feel more engaged and motivated. Make it a habit to review these charts and take action based on the data. Every little step counts toward creating a more positive and productive work environment!
