Have you either received a request to take the Organizational Health Analyzer assessment and are not sure what to expect or simply interested in learning more about the module? Well, you are in the right place! This article will explain what the Analyzer Assessment is, its purpose, how to use it, and what makes it special. Let's dive in.

What is the Assessment?

We're glad you asked! In short, it is a tool that measures the team's perspective on your organization at the employee, department, and organization level. This provides valuable feedback to make the organization better, healthier, and more effective through highlighting the strengths to celebrate and blindspots to address while providing a tailored path for everyone to do their part.

How Do I Use It?

Once set up as a participant and the assessment is launched, you will receive an email asking you to partake in the assessment. Check out what to expect below:

Once you select the option to "Start Assessment", you will be presented with the following screen:

After you click on 'Get Started,' the assessment begins with a view like this:

Let's break down each component.

The Prompt

The Analyzer assessment gathers a holistic picture of each participant's perspective on the organization by asking 28 prompts. Each prompt covers a different aspect of the organization that combined creates a holistic picture of the organization at large. The prompt picture above is "Our purpose and vision makes a meaningful and positive impact on the world".

Now that you have read the prompt, you get to rate how strongly you agree or disagree with it. The stronger you agree with the prompt, the further you will slide the dial to the right. You can rate a prompt on a scale of 0 (strongly disagree) to 100 (strongly agree) and anything in-between.

Combining each step looks like the following:

Once you rate the prompt, select "Next" to move to the next one. After the 28 prompts have been rated, you will be brought to your Results Overview page that summarizes and contextualizes your personal results along with some insight into how to make your organization the best it can be from your seat.
