The first thing you need to do is head over to Employee Pulse.

Click on Past and select the week you want to analyze.

Click on Deep dive

Then, click on Departments to group each department together.

Remember to check the Individual Results data, which will show each person's happiness level, impact, engagement, and under Pillars/Questions, you'll see what went well, what didn’t go well, and areas for improvement by department.
