How do I remind participants to take their assessment?

Sometimes people need a little nudge. Here is how you notify participants they still need to complete their assessment.

Have a few stragglers holding up your assessment results? No worries - we have you covered. While we automatically notify and remind participants to take their assessment, you can also send an email reminder to nudge participants. Here's how!

1) Log in to Oraqor

2) Click on "ASSESSMENTS" section in modules:

3) Select the "Go to Assessment" tab:

4) Scroll down until you get to the Employees view:

5) Navigate to the employee you need and select the three horizontal dot symbol to the right of the participant you would like to send the reminder to

6) Select the "Send Reminder" option, confirm your choice, and press "agree" once complete

Congrats! Your participant has been notified via email to take or complete their assessment!
