Let’s explore what information the Manage tab provides!

The Manage tab provides a clear overview of the progress and details of your team's current pulse iteration. It includes the Pulse Journey, where you can see the steps your team will go through during this process. By clicking on the icons, you can access more detailed information and potential action items related to each step in the Journey Information section. Additionally, the tab displays your Performance Score, which indicates how proactive your team has been in completing the pulse iteration. While a 100% participation rate is ideal, timely completion reflects your team’s effectiveness. The Participation Rate shows the percentage of employees who completed the iteration before the deadline, and you'll also find a list of Employees currently assigned to the pulse iteration.

In the employee list, you can see the status of the pulse, whether they completed it or not. You can also click on each employee to view their detailed report and general information about the time they took to complete the pulse.

The Manage tab is your go-to resource for tracking your team's pulse iteration progress and encouraging active participation. Explore the Pulse Journey, check individual reports, and use this information to enhance engagement and effectiveness.
