You have 2 options to select. The current tab and the past tab. Let's look at each one

Current Tab:

Here you can find relevant information about what happened in the most recent pulse, its current status, happiness levels, impact, engagement, how long employees took to do the pulse, etc. If you want to know in more detail what each of the items means, don't forget to click on our tooltips!

You can also find more detailed information about your current employee pulse. Just click on Go to Pulse

In this tab you will be able to find everything you need about employee pulse. You will have 5 tabs to access in which you will be able to see collective and individual results with different analyses.

Now, we've finished with the current tab. Let's continue examining the others in detail.

Past Tab:

Here you'll be able to see the results of all previous pulses. You can find out the participation rate, Happiness, Impact, Engagement, and the overall score.
