Where is the Gear icon?

You can find it in the top right corner.

What do I find in the Gear icon?

First, you'll find 4 tabs you can interact with. These are: Organization settings, Account System settings, Integrations and Account Settings.

Let's talk about Organization Settings:

1) Click on Employees. In this section, you can edit everything you need for your employees. You have the option to do a bulk upload to save time, or you can add them individually. You can also do a bulk edit if you need to update something for several employees at once. If you need to see more details, just click on the three-line icon. Lastly, in the actions section, you can deactivate or edit each employee's profile.

2) Click on Structure. In this section, you'll be able to find the organizational structure (Org Chart) of your company, search for the employee you need, view specific departments, have different ways to view the file, or export it.

3) Click on Departments. In this section you´ll be able to see, edit or create new departments.

Now let's move on to talk about System Settings

In this section you will be able to set up everything that has to do with the Assessment, the weekly pulse and general notifications. Don't forget to always save your changes!

Let's talk about Account Settings:

1) Click on Company Info. In this section, you'll have key information about your company. You can also put your primary contacts and the rol they have inside your organization.

2) Click on Subscription & Billing. Here you can see everything that has to do with your payments and current plan.

And that’s it! In the gear icon, you’ll find everything you need to ensure Oraqor runs smoothly in your company.
